Is using the garDsign tools free of charge?

You can design gardens for free with garDsign, we offer a free trial period, a demo account for this purpose. With this account you can use our 2D garden design tool for free for a certain period of time. In addition, there are extensive features and packages that you can renew or upgrade monthly or annually at the end of the term or at a later time without obligation. Terminating your account is easy by clicking on 'Cancel account' via 'Profile'.

Please note: If we cannot verify your choice of gardener or private, the account will be blocked (without refund). For our private packages go to tekenjetuin.nl, for landscaper you can find our packages here.

How can I create my account?

Register garden design account?

You can make an informed choice with 'Choose Package' for the content of the options you can click on 'Package functionalities', the options are then explained and shown in detail.

Did you know: The account can be easily stopped with "Cancel Subscription" if you are not satisfied with our software.

Tips for using garDsign?

To design pleasantly with our garden design app, it is good to work with a large screen (from 22 - 27 inches) with a separate mouse. Work with a recently updated Google chrome browser and a good internet connection. Computer memory should be at least 4 GB with a screen resolution of at least full HD.

Online garden designs

A (good) internet connection is always needed to design online with garDsign, nothing needs to be installed on your computer. You can share your drawing by email and/or social media the recipient can then view the drawing via a link without the need for a profile or login.

Android or iOS garden design app

You can view your created garden with your Android or iOS tablet also in 3D, if you want to make adjustments to your garden design you can make adjustments to your garden design with your finger. And then visualize the result in 3D, complete with sun and shade simulation of your garden sketch. See also our software requirements.

How can I get online support?

After clicking on 'Helpcenter' you can search your questions, if your question is not there or if you have feedback. Then click through to our contact page you can, if you wish, link your drawing and ask your question online.

Tip: Always ask your questions via the Online Help and Contact Center, so we can help you quickly and specifically. Via other channels such as social media, telephone, e-mail, etc., we can neither help you as quickly as possible nor guarantee that your question will be seen by the right person.

Why has my account expired?

Since the launch of garDsign (late 2012) there has been continuous development of our tool(s), in 2018, 2019 the old tool has been phased out and a new tool launched. All users of the old tool will automatically receive a free demo of the new tool for 30 days. This while retaining the garden designs created in the previous version, if you like it, the account can be renewed monthly or yearly with no obligation.

From October 1, 2020 all paid accounts will be automatically renewed, you can easily stop this at 'Profile' with 'Cancel Subscription'. If your account has expired you can renew it online through a payment, all functionalities and garden designs are immediately available again. This renewal runs automatically and can easily be stopped at 'Profile' with 'Cancel subscription'.

Why do I suddenly have to start paying for an account?

Technical developments are moving very fast, which is why our tools have been completely renewed. This keeps the costs higher than the benefits that is no longer justified. Reason why we changed the accounts and pricing as of October 1, 2020. The renewed accounts contain different and more advanced functionalities, content, pricing and offerings have changed.

All of our accounts can be easily cancelled monthly.

How can I cancel my subscription?

After paying for your account, you can choose to cancel your account immediately. You can do this via 'Profile' with the button 'Cancel Subscription' and then 'Confirm', a message will appear that your subscription has been canceled. You will also see "Subscription not continued".

An account can be renewed at a later time, with an expired account you will see the message your account has expired. You can reactivate it by making a payment and the account will be reactivated immediately afterwards.

How can I delete my account?

If you have a private account you can delete the account via 'Profile' in its entirety. Please note the drawings are then completely + permanently deleted. If the account is "Not" deleted, you can renew it at a later time for a period without any obligation. To do so, use the 'Cancel Subscription' button under 'Profile'.

Our paid accounts are automatically renewed depending on your choice annually or monthly by direct debit. The account can be cancelled easily under 'Profile' with 'Cancel subscription'. You can always reactivate your account at a later time without any obligations. A Demo and Trial account is free and ends automatically. You do not have to do anything else.

How can I change my password?

Password forgotten garDsign

While logging in, you can click 'Forgot password' and request a new password. You will receive an email to reset your password.

Change password garDsign

If you want to change your garDsign password click on 'Profile' at 'Step 1' you will find 'Change password' and you can change your password.
