Draw to scale
How can I determine and display measurements?
You probably know the saying "measuring is knowing. This certainly also applies when you design a new garden using our online drawing program. While designing, it is useful to display the measurements and scale in your drawing, so you can see, for example, how big your newly drawn terrace or pond will actually be. This way you can better determine whether these objects are in proportion to the rest of the garden (layout).

Tip
Place the dimension line in your design from a fixed point, such as from your house. You can also use the guide ruler. This gives you additional guides while drawing. This is very useful, for example, when you want to draw slanted lines.
Where.
Go to 'Settings' at the top left. In the menu on the left, 'Show dimensions' allows you to display the dimensions in your garden design. You can also turn the ruler and dimension line on and off. In the right menu you can see the drawn and calculated area.
